    1. Is anything missing, is the tool complete?  No parts missing from tool. Spare parts still can be used on similar production tools.
    2. Was the tool always well maintained? Tool currently under warm-down since Oct’2023 with periodically dummy performed.
    3. Everything fully functional or is something not in supposed condition? Process pump in one of chemical cabinet (Sub tool) is malfunction. No issue on other cabinet.
    4. Is it installed or in warehouse? Tool is installed inside fab.
    5. Is a tool inspection possible? Yes
    6. Can we show that it is working? Refer to videos: Running DD & Running Med2.
